Lead designer and owner of the global Nike career site (careers.nike.com) and Converse career site (careers.converse.com)—responsible for elevating the external-facing expression of NIke Global Talent Attraction & Engagement through brand, UX, and platform performance.

This platform served as Nike’s highest-impact external marketing and communications tool for future candidates and interns. Year-to-date, the site delivered well above expectations in both traffic and performance—driving more views, longer time on site, and a significant increase in applications.
